    Media Accreditation: Terms & Conditions

    For the sake of better and clear communication with our PR-specialist, please reviewterms and conditions of theaccreditationprocedure.

      1.The accreditation application deadline is 24 hours before the concert. The accreditation is not considered at the day of the event.

      2.The accreditation requests deadline is 7 days before the concert.

      3.The accreditation for printed media can be considered after providing an event announcement. The accreditation request must be submitted with an issue of the media with the publication as well as the information on the periodicity and circulation of the edition. The accreditation is granted for media with a minimum circulation 15 000 copies. Accreditation is carried out for 1 reporter and 1 photographer. The ticket with a reserved seat is provided to a reporter. Photographer works in an assigned position and must leave the venue after the third composition.

      4.A maximum of 1 representative journalist of а radio station, which broadcasts the announcements of the event, may be accredited.

      5.On-line media are considered for accreditation after providing an announcement of the event on the website. The traffic of your website must be at least 1000 visitors per day. An announcement has to be posted on a main page of the website, for 10 days minimum. Your announcement must include photo and the complete information about the time and the venue, where the concert is taking place. Accreditation is carried out for 1 reporter and 1 photographer. A ticket with a reserved seat is provided to a reporter. A photographer works in an assigned position and must leave the venue after the third composition.

      6.TV media must list all production team members (maximum of 3 persons) in the application form and also the air time of a programme with the footage. Production team works in an assigned position and must leave the venue after the third composition.

      7.Media that wish to proceed exclusive interviews, visiting radio- and TV- studios should make a specific request. The decision will be managed by exception and will depend onthe amount of issued materials and on the artist’s agenda.

      8.The terms and conditions of theaccreditationprocedure are to change according to the significance of the event.

      9.Live Music Agency reserve the right to refuse to grant the accreditation with no reasons given.

ACCREDITATION

Applications for artist interviews and event accreditation are accepted electronically at:

Please read the accreditation terms carefully, it will save time and facilitate communication with PR managers.
  • Accreditation for the concert ends 24 hours before the concert. On the day of the concert accreditation is closed and is not available.
  • Applications for accreditation are accepted no later than 7 days before the concert.
  • Accreditation for print media is based on the availability of the concert announcement. The application for accreditation must be accompanied by the number of the publication with the announcement, as well as information about the periodicity and circulation of the publication. Accreditation is granted to publications with a circulation of at least 15000 copies. One journalist and one photographer are accredited. The journalist is given a ticket with a seat in the hall. The photographer works in a specially designated area and must leave the hall at the end of the first 3 songs.
  • The radio stations that broadcast the spots with the announcements of the event are provided with accreditation for 1 journalist.
  • Accreditation for Internet resources is provided on condition of placing the announcement of the event on the Internet portal with the attendance of at least 1000 users per day. The announcement should be placed on the main page of the site for at least 10 days and contain photos and detailed information about the place and time of the concert. 1 journalist and 1 photographer are accredited. The journalist is provided with a ticket with a seat in the hall. The photographer works in a designated area and must leave the hall after the first 3 songs.
  • TV channels must specify in the application the composition of the film crew (no more than 3 people), the place and time of broadcasting the footage. The film crew has the right to film the first 3 songs in a specially designated area, after which they must leave the hall.
  • Exclusive interviews, trips to radio stations, participation in studio shoots of TV channels are discussed individually in each case, depending on the degree of media participation in the announcement of the event and the workload of the artist's tour schedule.
  • Accreditation conditions can be changed depending on the scale of the event.
  • Live Music Agency reserves the right to refuse accreditation without giving any reasons.
